We are seeking a diligent and proactive Collection Executive to manage and execute the debt collection processes for our chit fund company. The Collection Executive will be responsible for ensuring timely collection of dues, maintaining customer relationships, and supporting the overall financial health of the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Debt Collection:

    • Contact customers to collect outstanding dues in a timely and professional manner.

    • Follow up on pending payments and negotiate repayment plans when necessary.

    • Maintain accurate records of collection activities and customer interactions.

  • Customer Relations:

    • Address and resolve customer queries and issues related to payments and collections.

    • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

  • Reporting:

    • Prepare and submit regular reports on collection activities and performance.

    • Monitor and analyze the efficiency of collection processes and suggest improvements.

  • Compliance:

    • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations in all collection activities.

    • Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations pertaining to debt collection.

  • Team Collaboration:

    • Work closely with the Collection Manager and other team members to achieve collection targets.

    • Assist in training and supporting new team members as required.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in marketing or related field.
  • Good understanding of debt collection laws and regulations.
  • Ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and tact.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in using digital systems and software for record-keeping and reporting.
