We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Branch Manager to oversee the daily operations of our branch. The Branch Manager will be responsible for ensuring smooth branch operations, managing staff, and driving business growth while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Branch Operations:

    • Oversee all branch activities, including customer service, auctions, and administrative tasks.

    • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

    • Manage branch finances, including budgeting and financial reporting.

  • Team Leadership:

    • Lead and motivate branch staff, providing guidance and support.

    • Conduct performance evaluations and implement training programs.

    • Foster a positive and productive work environment.

  • Customer Engagement:

    • Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers.

    • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

    • Develop strategies to increase customer retention and satisfaction.

  • Business Development:

    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities.

    • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences.

    • Implement marketing and promotional activities to attract new members.

  • Compliance and Risk Management:

    • Ensure adherence to company policies and industry regulations.

    • Implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential risks.

    • Conduct regular audits and inspections to maintain compliance.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in branch management or a similar role.
  • Familiarity with chit fund operations and regulations.
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets and business goals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or experience related field.
